Can’t register account

I am trying to register my account with all the details that are correct from the email I was sent but when I try it tells me user details not found.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I’m also having the same issue, just started my new broadband I have the email with my order number and email but it won’t let me register for my account

That error usually means we have some incorrect details on your account.
