I can't view my bill online or on my phone, it just gives me loading page. I have emailed Talk Talk 12th sept with no reply. I can't find the online chat on website. Can anyone help before I call. Thanks.

Is it possible I can get hard copies of bills posted as I don't seem to be able to view them online? The bill is for my Mum's phone line and she/we wants to review her bills since the price has increased.

Hello Arne, Thanks for your message. I have tried on Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers on both my laptop and phone and still just says 'loading'
