Hi,
I cancelled my service with TalkTalk on the 6th of March with the last payment being on the 27th of March, with the "Final bill" or so I thought. Today I've received another bill for an entire month starting the 28th of March to the 27th of April. This bill will NOT be paid I'm no longer with or use the TalkTalk connection.
Still waiting for the "Final bill" which I thought was the payment due 27th March and return shipping for the router and TalkTalk TV BOX.

The account is now disconnected and the outstanding balance is £3.33 due to be paid by direct debit on the 6th.

We are still providing you a service until the 31st , your bills are produced on the 28th, so its an unfortunate overlap, the billing system will not take into account he cease and calculate an advanced month. I will ask the billing team to pick this up as the charge should be for 3 days.
