Cancelled package - still paying . Help ?

  Cancelled my Package with TALKTALK months ago. Still being billed ?!

   Have tried to discuss further with them but phoning creates a loop without

   a human to speak to.

   Hoping a TALKTALK rep sees this so can sort it out. The cancelation was acknowledged

   in my only account awhile ago, but not now ?

Have you trasnferred to another provider,  If so when was the transfer made? 

 

The account is showing as disconnected which was placed on the 29th November and cancelled on  28th December.

Staff here can check the status of your account but I believe if there is a cancellation issue they cannot action this.

To cancel you will need to phone (doing via chat requires a member of staff to call you so will also delay any action required), so phoning now will be the quickest option for you.

 

Try phoning 0345 172 0088 and ask for the Loyalty Team.
