Hello,
I wish to cancel my account (broadband & phone) as I have switched to a 5G provider. I am unable to understand what anybody is saying on the telephone following a stroke, so please can this be facilitated via Live Chat or this messaging system?

Just to update, I have managed to find the Live Chat service and spoke with someone who has cancelled the account.
