I cancelled all of my services in 2017 but my account is still active and I can log into it.
I can't seem to find any way to close the account and the bot doesn't help.
Searching the forum seems to show that this should have automatically been closed a year after my last bill, but this obviously hasn't happened.
Any help?

The online account does close after 12 months, however when you log in it resets the timer.
I have de-registered the account so you wont be able to log in.

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including the old TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can try to identify the account and then wait for them to respond.
