Cannot turn off my unlimited calls boost

I cannot turn off my ‘unlimited calls boost’ but I no longer want it. Please could you turn it off for me as it is too expensive now. Thank you.

This is a long-standing and annoying flaw with My Account. No need to "try again," the support team will pick this up next week and sort it. I have moved this to the Billing section as it is not a Home Phone issue as such.

Thank you Ferguson.  I can get to the ‘manage my boosts’ page on my account but it does not give an option to stop the unlimited calls boost. The landing page for this section looks as if there is a fault with the format on screen so I will try again on Monday as you suggest. Thank you again for your reply..it is much appreciated.

Are you unable to access the Boost feature via My Account? If not, the support team can help, but bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
