Hi,
I was without service for a period of time and had a missed engineer appointment. Having looking into it I thought I’d have fallen into the automatic compensation category, apparently not.
live chat is unable to help as if texting and every issue I’ve had has been resolve via the community so here I am. I’ve had 2 bills since and neither have mentioned and compensation and have been charged the full price.
i have all the details regarding how long it was down and the missed appointment if someone is able to help

Once the investigation is complete you will receive an SMS/Email.
