Wanting to follow up on my compensation claim, I did not have a connection from 6th - 24th Nov, and I was to receive compensation for this, though have not heard about this recently, do you know when I will hear about this? Please ensure someone emails me to XXXXXXXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS in relation to this.

@Sandeep84, no way can we leave your email address visible on the public forum pages!

 

Never display personal information details in a thread.

 

You can put relevant information in your profile area by going via your avatar/name; settings. From the drop down menu choose Personal Information. 

 

Complete that and add any extra details in the Private Notes area, near the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

I'll move this to the billing section of the forum as it is not relevant on the email board. Staff will reply during the week.
