@Sophie101 it's posted in this thread.

If you require help here, Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.
Thank you

Please read the reply above, @Bridgetpeart21-, to start your own topic and add your personal information details in the profile area. Never post personal information in the public thread.

Then your own thread will be in the queue for attention from staff.

They will not contact you by phone. This is online support only.

Further ways to contact Talktalk  are listed here:

@Anandan, you must never display personal information details in the public thread as you could end up getting pestered by scammers etc.

I've removed your mobile phone number and landline number from your previous posts.

Please go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add the required details in Personal Information and scroll down the page to find the SAVE CHANGES button.

Also, please start your own thread. You have posted at the end of an old topic and this won't be in the queue for staff attention.

So, if you look for "help with your service " in the forum menu, pick out the message board for home phone and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

Staff will respond during the day (Monday to Friday).

If you explain your issue staff here can help and you are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you

Alternatively you can try phoning 0345 172 0088 and opening hours can be found here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/How-to-contact-TalkTalk-Broadband/ta-p/2230529#
