Hi,

My contract with TalkTalk ends on 26th October.

My renewal price is a lot more than the price I pay at the moment so I am thinking of changing my supplier to Octaplus who can give me a much better deal.

Is it possible for someone from your loyalty team to contact me to discuss this, as I do not seem to be able to get through to anybody that I can have a conversation with, other than by text?

It seems very early to have received a renewal quote, @jstype.

 

Best to do this nearer the expiry of your minimum term and don't click on offers but phone them or use Chat so that you are not lumbered with unexpected extras.

 

If you are leaving, even if the new ISP simply takes over the line (rather than installing full fibre) it's best to speak to the cancellations department on the same number in this link:

If leaving, you'll pay an early termination fee at this stage - needs to be less than a month before the end of your contract period to avoid the penalty.

 

Neither renewals nor cancellations can be done through the forum.
