Hi,
I just wondered if a member of support staff could confirm for me that I am actually on a Fixed Price Plus contract?
Unfortunately TalkTalk don't explicitly state this information anywhere viewable by the customer but I'm guessing it will be recorded somewhere that staff can see.

My package details shown in MyAccount are as follows:
It would be nice if TalkTalk could add some mention of "Fixed Price Plus" somewhere in there for customers in my position.
Also, the contract information which can be downloaded by clicking the "My package contract information" link in the above image includes the statement "The monthly price for your broadband plan will increase in April each year by the rate of inflation (the Consumer Price Index rate, published in January each year) plus 3.7%." which is clearly incorrect for those of us on Fixed Price Plus. Perhaps that error could also be fed back to whatever team is responsible.
