Talk talk have put me onto a 24 month term contract which I never agreed to. How do I leave?

I can see that the cancellation request has been placed, and the contract was rolled back to the original end date.  A feedback form has been completed on the agent that renewed the contract

How did that happen, @Ferraraforbes123?

 

There's usually an email with contract details that you should read immediately on joining  / renewing and you have a 14 day cooling off period.
