Customer Service

Message 15 of 15

Hmm, Customer Service is available 24/7 365 - OK, so I am looking to contact customer services and require the email to do so, I cannot for the life of me find it. I am clearly not looking in the right place.

So, would some kind soul please post it for me here so I can use it.

Thanks

@Philstilwell

If you start your own topic and give us a bit more detail, then we can begin to help.

@joyharrison

You cannot cancel your account via the community, you need to get in touch with customer services directly. Contact details and opening hours can be found here:

@JennaTyrrell, please take a look in the community forum menu and choose a relevant message board from "help with your service", then click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

To make a first post you need to pick a label also from the optional beneath the post before actually posting, or it won't post.

Also complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings...Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

You can't just add something on the end of another customer's thread.

Staff will respond to your new topic tomorrow, during the day, or after the weekend.

So I have little phone network in my flat and rely on broadband to make calls. I haven’t been able to make any calls or send / receive texts

Thank you but I still need the email address to contact them, not a phone number. There is a good reason why this is so.

Hi CustomerServiceNeed

You are an ex-shell customer so you will need to speak to the Shell Migration team on  03451720088

OK, no problem. I will move this to the Billing section where the support team can help. It will help if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account.

@CustomerServiceNeed

If you explain a bit more about your issue the support team and others here will be happy to try and help.

Otherwise TalkTalk do not routinely have an email channel for support, contact details for customer services and opening hours can be found here:

Thank you. I see now that the only email for customer service is in fact the complaints one! That is really odd.

All we have is this, @CustomerServiceNeed:

1000007096.jpg

It's to be found here:

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Raising-a-complaint/ta-p/2204670

That's at the foot of all Talktalk's pages and also gives the phone number and Chat links.

Chat is available on Sundays, but phone lines are just Monday to Saturday for most purposes. The forum is for ongoing support from fellow customers. You can post any time, but staff reply Monday to Friday during the day.
