Hi, I need someone from talk talk to sort my account out. I’ve had numerous issues getting fibre 900, now I find out I have 2 accounts. Trying to cancel the fibre 65 I did have and can’t keep my email address on the fibre 900 account.
it’s taken 3 months to get this far and every step has been difficult.
please contact me so I can explain all the issues I had and are ongoing.

I'm slightly confused, Your email addresses are linked to the FTTP account you can still use them, they are not being removed, also you are not being charged for 2 accounts, if you don't want to use the phone you don't have too.

Hi, I didn’t want to keep my landline. Was happy with a data only package.
Can someone from customer complaints contact me as I want this resolved

Thanks for you post.
The 2nd account is to allow you to keep your landline number on FTTP. If that account is cancelled you will lose the number.
