Hi. I cancelled my contract in November 2021. I received envelope and returned equipment as requested immediately then. I have the email confirming it was received. Today, 21months later,  April 2023, I received an envelope and returns label asking me for equipment to be returned . My name and address is correct. If the customer ref on the label  is the customer number, then it’s not for me.

I can only apologize that you have sent that letter, its definitely a mistake.

Thank you. I’ve added details to the profile. They be honest, I didn’t know if it would let me still log in after so long. No harm done but receiving the letter after so long did confuse me.

There's a certain amount of chaos with the correct recording and processing of the returns, @Jeaniekins. You are not the first to report this happening so much later. 

 

Hang onto the email and staff will follow this up for you on their return after the Bank Holiday. 

 

Add your old Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details. Staff need this information to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information.  SAVE CHANGES.
