Missing Cashback

Hi.

I got connected in June 2022. As part of the deal I was promised some cashback , at or around £180. Recently being notified about my bill increase prompted me to check and I havent been able to find an email or anything relating to it being sent. 

I have updated my profile with the relevant info, if someone could look into this it will be very much appretiated. If you need any more info just let me know. Thank you.
