They may be presuming you will accept the offer if an upgrade to Full Fibre 150, which is likely to come with an Eero, rather than a Sagemcom.
If you get Fibre150 set up with VOIP, it will be the Hub 2 Sagemcom if they don't send the Eero, so that the phone can be plugged in at the back.
With the Eero, a Digital Voice Adapter would be sent for the phone.
Staff will check why it's been sent anyway. Your thread is in a queue for attention.
