Recycle Return Bag sent 'out of the blue' ?

Why have I been sent a TT old equipment recycle return bag, 'out of the blue'. I have not cancelled my contract.......

They may be presuming you will accept the offer if an upgrade to Full Fibre 150, which is likely to come with an Eero, rather than a Sagemcom. 

 

If you get Fibre150 set up with VOIP, it will be the Hub 2 Sagemcom if they don't send the Eero, so that the phone can be plugged in at the back.

 

With the Eero, a Digital Voice Adapter would be sent for the phone.

 

Staff will check why it's been sent anyway. Your thread is in a queue for attention.
