The telephone is included within your plan if on fibre 35 or 65 so there would be no change in price.

 

If you are paying a separate charge for TV (all plans say TV but it's only included if a separate charge 7s shown on your bill) you will need to phone to get this removed.

 

If you are looking at savings you can also discuss this with them.
