I have received a letter from talk talk informing me that messages sent from talk talk have not been getting through and that they may therefore stop emailing me billing details, however, I cannot gain access to my account? I can still access an old account that I closed when I moved house but am unable to access my new account I have since moving home and having fibre broadband installed. I find it impossible to get access to anything other than the old account and utterly impossible to be able to add my new account number in order to gain access, this is clearly an issue at talk talks end, for the love of good customer service, how can I resolve this issue???.
