Yet again TalkTalk have taken a DD payment long before the due date. This month (August) TalkTalk have taken two DD payments from my bank, one on the 2nd and another today the 30th. My DD payment date shown on my account details is 5th. Surely this TalkTalk practice is in contravention of the regulations. What is the point of nominating a preferred payment date if TalkTalk just take a payment when it suits them and not any compliance with the customers wishes or instructions.
