Hello!
I've been disconnected due to a missed payment. My account is now in credit as I have paid, yet I still have no connection. How long does reconnection take?

Thank you .

Thanks for that! I'm 2 weeks behind on a payment and they've completely discontinued my service. The only option I have is to set up a completely new broadband order meaning I'm now without connection for a couple of weeks as they can't just restart it. I was only warned of restrictions in the email I received 2 days ago, not complete disconnection. I live alone and the internet is my only method of contact with others or entertainment when I'm not at work so this is a bit of a shock. Most unhappy and I'm now changing provider. Thanks for your answer though.

Was your service restricted or disconnected?
A missed payment would normally lead to a restriction in service in which case you need to turn off your router for at least 30 minutes then turn it on. This starts a new session, which should be unrestricted.
If its still restricted, try again after a couple of hours.
If it's a more severe situation that led to a disconnection I suggest you phone and speak to the loyalty team to find out the latest position.
