Hi all.
I purchased Now TV as a boost thru TT and when my contract with TT ended i decided not to renew and moved to a new provider. The problem i have is my TT account is disconnected but my Now TV membership isn't as i can still access Now TV on my devices. I am unable to access my Now TV Membership to cancel on their website and they are unable to cancel my membership as it was purchased via a 3rd party..I paid for my membership via TT and have no other payment methods on my Now TV account. I keep getting passed from TT chat to Now TV chat trying to cancel my Now TV membership.

Karl did say previously that the service should cancel when the current billing period expires on 24 January. So see what transpires tomorrow.

I know that lol but did TT actually cancel my now subscription or just disconnect me? Did TT actually inform NOW to cancel my subscription with them? It does not appear so as my NOW subscription is still active.

Can somebody help me with this problem plz. I keep contacting Now live chat and they insist my Membership (joined via a TT Boost) is STILL active despite TT informing me they cancelled it on 30/12/2024 when i changed provider. The problem i have is that Now cannot deactivate the subscription as it was purchased via a 3rd party ie TT. I am able to log into my NOW account and stream sky sports still BUT am unable to access my tv membership page to cancel the said subscription as i continually get a message of
Oops - something went wrong
Please wait a moment and try again.
I have asked NOW live chat on numerous occasions that as i still have an active subscription with you why can't i access my tv membership page to cancel the subscription myself and their answer is to talk to TT as the problem lies with them as they haven't cancelled my NOW tv boost. I am in a catch 22 position thru no fault of my own.

Hi,
Still receiving e-mails from Now TV instructing me to enter Talk Talk account to cancel the Now TV add on but as i keep explaining to them i am unable to do this as my account is closed and final bill has been credited.
I understand from Karl that my subscription may end on 24/1/2025 but think i have been credited by TT as i closed on 30/12/2024.

Hi
Just had a look at the account. The NOW TV options are cancelled however, as Now TV Bill in advance, the Now TV Subscription will continue to run until the end of their billing period, which looks to be 24th Jan.
So this should then cancel with them on this date.
Thanks
Karl.

Hi @nanny301
can you add your previous account number to your 'Community Profile' so I can locate your details and take a look.
Thanks
Karl.

You have to buy it these days through NOW, @nanny301.

Please wait for staff to clarify what to do about the previous subscription. You should be able still access your TT My Account as you can sign in and look up old bills for c a year.
To get the timing right wait for staff comment during the day.
