Hi, I received a letter yesterday telling me you think my bills are not reaching my email inbox. This is not the case - I am receiving them. Perhaps the reason is that I don't always log into my account when I receive them - if the amount shown on the email is correct I see no point in logging into my account.

The letter said I would be charged for bills through the post - I do not require these and request that you do not sent them.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
