I have recently renewed my fibre 65 account for a new 24 month fixed contract  at £27 per month"

 

The deal included  a free Echo Dot smart speaker/. When might I receive that device?

 

Sorry if this is the wrong commjunity area, there deos not appear to beon which covers thius issue. PLease apss on the the relevant one if this is the wrong place.

I have received the email with the link, added it to basket, gone to checkout and it does not show free delivery and want to charge the cost of the Echo Dot to my credit card. It does not state zero balance.or free delivery.  Is this a con?

@carrotmuseum2, these vouchers and codes cannot be delivered within the cooling off period precisely because the system could be abused.

 

A few customers might hop from provider to provider, gaining vouchers etc but not honouring the contract.

Thanks, no reply.   I find Talktalk very good at offering incentives but lacking in producing the goods.  It was not a deal breaker and if it does not appear before the cooling off period they lose a very good and lig standing customer
