I left talk talk on March 17th 2025 but have just received a bill (8th April-7th May)for another full month when in fact I will be due a refund. How can I get my final bill?

A cease has been placed and is due to complete on the 15th April, Once the cease completes we will re-calculate the balance.

OK and did you use the one touch switch process? It may be that TalkTalk are unaware at this point. The support team will pick this up as soon as they can and advise further.

Can you just clarify how you "left" e.g. cancellation; one touch switch etc?
