Gift cloud not sending the gift card

I was offered a gift card when signing up but I’ve heard nothing back it’s been a fair about of time since I’ve signed up now I’ve done everything that’s been asked and nothing so where does that leave me because I will throw the 16month contract away and go with a different provider I won’t except being fooled around and false advised.

Your service needs to go live the order doesn't complete till the 11 July.

 

The voucher is sent after 30 days.

Early termination fees are never waived unless you give Talktalk time to sort out a problem, and usually only for technical faults, @DylanM27.

 

Gift cards etc can be chased up c 42 - 90 days after signing up, depending on the deal at the time. 

 

When did you sign up and how much was it for?

 

I'll move this to the billing section of the forum as this is not a problem with the broadband or emails etc.

 

Staff will respond during the day, Monday to Friday.
