Hi there
I am struggling to successfully claim my giftcloud £80 voucher. I signed up to a contract in February 2022 but never received it.
I contacted them who asked for my order reference. I tried to get this via talktalk chat and was assured by the chat advisor that I'd be sent a copy of my original order confirmation within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I've not been sent anything.
I've also agreed to renew my contract last week with the promise of another giftcloud voucher, and was told by the telephone salesperson that it would be confirmed in writing with my order confirmation - but no mention of it was in my order confirmation. Nor have I received any correspondence from giftcloud in this regard
I'd be grateful for anyones assistance / advice regarding this matter
