Hello,
Today I completed an order online. But have not been sent an email confirmation yet.
I don’t want to post all my details on here. But is there anyway of seeing if my order was accepted?

What package did you order? With the information in your profile, I cant find any orders.
If you can add a landline number or you full address I can try to find an order with those details.

You are right not to post further details on the open forum. Instead, for staff to identify your account, go via your avatar/name; settings; personal information.
If already a Talktalk customer add your landline phone number or account number. SAVE CHANGES.
If this was your first order, make sure your address details are accurate. Any further information can go in Private Notes, at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.
