Hi,
60 days have now lapsed since I renewed my talktalk package.
Even though it says renewals you should get it in 7 days, I waited 60
I got the email to say I would receive the echo dot code, but I never did get the link to redeem it.
not having any luck with customer services, they just keep directing me to amazon. Also sending me articles on how to contact Amazon..
I never received the code, so Amazon can’t help, I already checked with them

Exactly the same here, received an email suggesting I have received the promotional code (which I have not).
Was your issue resolved succesfully?.

@Lukegill12, these codes never arrive within a week of renewing as that's within the cooling off period when you might change your mind.
Depending on the offer it's anything from over a month to 90 days.

It should be 7 days after the next bill has been paid (which could mean over a month if you renewed around the usual billing date, but given that DD is taken several days after the date of the next bill....plus a week). So closer to 42 days ...ish.
