Home Move Not Going Through

Help! I'm not sure what to do. I keep getting to this stage, hitting confirm and then getting stuck on this greyed out, spinny wheel thing. Anyone else had this issue and been able to overcome it?

No worries. Do make sure that any ad blockers on your browser are disabled and pop ups and redirects allowed. Keep us posted.

Thank you! It may well come to that at this rate. I'm going to try on another browser meantime.

Sorry to see this, try contacting customer services directly when they reopen at 9:00am tomorrow and ask for the Home Move team.
