Help! I'm not sure what to do. I keep getting to this stage, hitting confirm and then getting stuck on this greyed out, spinny wheel thing. Anyone else had this issue and been able to overcome it?

No worries. Do make sure that any ad blockers on your browser are disabled and pop ups and redirects allowed. Keep us posted.
