If you are unsure of the date, or the date is not suitable then please contact the full fibre team on the number given by Gondola.
Currently I cant see any date generated, the full fibre team will have more information.

If you were sent a text message to your mobile then reply by mobile text. If you were left a message on your landline voicemail or by email did that give a number to call?
If you need to call then 0345 172 0088 is customer services and if your upgrade is to Full fibre then ask for the Full Fibre orders team or call 0345 172 0074.
