Good Afternoon,
I just received my latest TalkTalk bill, incorrectly charging for Supersafe Boost at £6.00 plus another charge for a 'reversal fee'. I did receive an email last month as I am coming to the end of my contract and the Supersafe Boost was going to be now chargeable. However, I immediately cancelled the boost and received an email confirming this. Also when I logged in to the account website last week and today, that boost shows as 'pending' and no further changes can be made. When can I expect a refund for overcharging me?
