Incorrect boosts added to my new Fibre 35 account

Hello, I’ve just swapped my old TalkTalk account to a new Fibre 35 account. You have added a Call Diversion boost (cost £3 per month), but I did not request it. Also, you are now charging £5 per month for a TV plus boost, when previously this was free to me. I can’t find any way to remove these boosts from my package. There is now obvious way on the TalkTalk website to remove these boosts. Please see attached file which is a copy of my original order. The cost on the order was £44 per month but now you want to charge me £55 per month. Please can you help. Thanks.

You may find that a couple of your pre existing free boost came to an end and are now being charged. Regardless the team will get it sorted for you.
