One month without land line, 3 engineers. Conclusion cancel contract and start new one as advised by engineer. Something to do with reference numbers. Spoke to agent to cancel and start new contract. Told me it would take about a week. Yesterday i received a text message saying sorry you are leaving please send your router back in the bag when it arrives. No sign of new contract. I am speechless. I don't know what to do to end this mess. The chatline is useless. 2 hours last week, 6 agents no one seemed capable of helping my situation.

I'm sorry for the delay. Is your voice service currently ok and do you have a dial tone? Is it just the broadband connection that won't currently connect?
