Since migrating over to Talk Talk from Shell Energy, when I login the account number on my account is not my current account. I assume it is an old account as I have been a customer with Talk Talk previously.
So when I try to see my bills it just hangs forever.
How do I remove the link to the old account and link the current account to my email logon?
Note I receive emails about my current account perfectly well.

There will be a popup blocker or ad blocker built into Firefox that thinks the bill is a pop up, seems a common issue when a browser does a security update it re-activates it.

Thanks Arne. I have now completed the registration process and most thinks are working fine. Only problem is I cannot see my actual bills page, it just hangs in Firefox. I can see them in other browsers so not a problem.

Can you try to register the new account again https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/, it was showing as not registered completely.

I think I have just answered my own question.
I changed the email address on that account to a different email address and then registered my current account using my proper email address. It seemed to be working then had a technical error, which I hope is unrelated. We shall see.
