I phoned TalkTalk today and spent 56mins on the phone . I was told by a line manager that he would escalate this further and that he would email me to confirm our conversation . Still waiting on that email , It does appears that he has logged this as a complaint as i did receive a text message with a reference . To answer your question I have not contacted GiftCloud directly

I’m still waiting even after having contacted Giftcloud and opened a dialogue with one of their agents.
Have you emailed hello at Giftcloud . Com ?
However it seems that TT and Giftcloud have poor communication with each other so trying to get either, or both, to action this satisfactorily is problematic
