I would like you to change the mobile number you have on file for me *removed* this number is no longer in use this is my new number *removed*, I am trying to pay my bill with no joy .Regards Susan Lawton

Are you trying to login to My Account using a OTP? If so, it may be better to attempt payment by phone and also ask the support team to change the mobile number on record. See the help article here:

Never, ever post personal information details in a thread.
Add the information in Private Notes. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Personal Information.
At the end of that section find Private Notes. Enter the information. SAVE CHANGES.
You should also have been able to change the information in My Account yourself.
