Good morning please can you tell me why my Monthly payments have changes since March 2023..my monty payments were always £22 per month..in March went up to £24.17 and my latest bill is stating £25.12..I have received no information that this will be happening and for what reason my contract isn't due to run out untill later this year

There was a annual price increase in April as per the Terms and conditions

There is a full breakdown in your bill showing details. Check cost of calls / expiring boosts discounts and the April price increase: CPI +3.7%.
