Hi Marilyn29

You renewed 1 day after the bill was produced, so any overcharge will show on your next bill produced on the 01/06/24

Regards.

Check all the details in My Account, @Marilyn29.

If you renewed just after the bill was made up, any difference will apply from when you renewed and refunded on the next bill.

Once made up, the current bill can't be altered but overpayment will be reflected in the next one.

Did you receive new contract details by email?

If you renewed online, you may automatically have Supersafe which is now @£6.00. Check all other boosts and also whether your account reflects the new contract at all.

Does it show the new end date?

If not, the renewal hasn't been correctly processed.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
