My name is incorrect

Hi there. When I was switched to Fibre from my previous broadband contract, there was a mistake made and an incorrect name was entered as my primary account name. First name is wrong, last name is fine. 

 

It's not my mistake and nothing has actually changed so the 'change of name' form is not relevant. I'd just like to have my actual name on my account if that is at all possible. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will have to be a change of ownership in this instance, as its not a spelling mistake, but a completely different first name.

It will still need staff to update it in My Account, but at least they will have the consistent name in front of them! 😊

If you go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information then Private Notes at the end of that section:

 

In BOTH areas put your name exactly as it should show in My Account. SAVE CHANGES.
