I originally purchased Shell Broadband in April of this year through TopCashBack.
No email I received had my order number on it, which I need in order to claim back my cashback, and a voucher from GiftCloud
I spent 30 minutes on TalkTalks chat the other day with Asisipho who promised to call me back at 4 after he had spoken to Shell.
However 2 days later I've not received any call back or any other communication.
Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately not, only the shell team have access to your old account, You may need to call and ask to speak to the migration team.

I will see what I can find about this, I dont know how the tracking would work as we cant see you account prior to the transfer.
