New Full Fibre Contract Gift Card Not Arrived

With my new contract I was supposed to receive a £100 gift card. So far this has not been

forthcoming. Please could this now be sorted. Thanks.  So far I am happy with the full

fibre.

Hi Jaydams

 

It can take upto 60 days from the order date which was 05.07  for the voucher to be issued. It is noted on your accoun that you are eligible.

 

Please keep checking your spam junk mail folders

This needs to be in the billing section as it's nothing to do with the performance of the broadband, @Jaydams.
