Hi, Just wondering why I never received my bill this month, you never sent me one, otherwise I would have paid it on time?

Sorry you've had problems
The notification shows as sent on the usual date of the 23rd, and will also show in My Account on that date aswell.
We recommend setting a direct debit on the account this will stop any missed payments.

What date would you expect to receive it, @Roguepoker?
There was a systems issue on 17th May which meant that Talktalk failed to take Direct Debit payments that day.
Staff should be able to confirm whether other aspects of the service were also affected.
