We signed up to talk talk with the free gift of a ring ring doorbell. Never received it. Or any emails about it? Can anyone help?

Hi, I was also offered a free gift of a Dashcam if I signed up for a new contract for 24 months, which I did in July 2024 but as yet nothing has arrived, I do hope they don't pull the one that the free gift has expired.
