So like quite a few others on this forum, renewed fibre contract in May 2024 with the offer that TalkTalk would send a promotional link/code after 60 days of renewal and 1st bill paid, so I can then redeem a free amazon ech dot. Spoke with FOUR individuals at CS and all giving me the same tripe that there is nothing they can do and it's Amazon's fault (spoke the amazon, not surprises they say its talktalk....which it is). Keep being sent same generic email (same as others on forum) about how sorry talktalk are that amazon haven't fulfilled its delivery of dot......but how are they to fulfil delivery when I haven't even received the promotional CODE/LINK from talktalk for me to place an order. Total scam from TalkTalk. I'm escalating independently as TalkTalk clearly not listening

@Arne-TalkTalk usually gets to the bottom of these cases, @SaddlerDan.
However, it needs to be in the billing section, so I'll move this across there.
