Morning, over a month ago I re signed up for fibre 150 and was promised a £100 voucher as an incentive. I've not received my voucher and have checked my spam etc.. Can anyone help. Thanks

It's usually a lot longer, depending on the voucher, @lelongmckean, but some are up to 90 days.
I'll move this to the billing section for you, as it's not a problem with the internet service itself.
