TalkTalk Update: Hello, as per the message we sent you on 29th£August, we've not been able to take your Direct Debit for your August bill due to a system error. We£re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Your August bill remains unpaid, please pay by an alternative method by 13th September. If you don't pay by this date, your next bill will include this unpaid balance and therefore be larger, you can pay online in My Account or by calling our 24 hour payment line on 0345 172 0040. Thank you

I have paid you twice!! The money went out of my bank account, I have phoned you many times and i do not get a response. Your customer service and contact is dreadful.
