Hi I’m with fresh start and they are looking after my debts but I would like a figure what you would except. Please can you let me know ASAP so I can pay you directly. I’ve tried calling you but because I haven’t got a number you no I can’t call you back. So please can you call me on ** removed**.
My ref number is **removed **. There is another one ref number **removed** which isn’t in my tal talk account

Hi Grantpowell
You will need to call us and speak to the payment support team. If the account has been sent to a debt collection agency you will have to arrange a payment plan with them.
